Really bad service! Promise of 30 minutes wait; waited 57 minutes before reminding myself. Then within 5 minutes a sale of $800 concluded! Not worth it!

Horrible customer service,,, They will take your information and will ask to wait till they will have someone to help you. It reminds me the customer service from 1800s, when sales persons are walking around the room and keep asking : What is your name??? and try to recognize you by color of your clothes !!> And you can wait forever , unless you will keep asking to help you again and again and again.. I was waiting 40 minutes with no luck ... Then I asked the manager Jim Robinson and he told me that he removed me from the line because they could not find me ... but I was in the store all the time !!?? ... I could not believe it... and start to complain, but Jim asked me to leave the store if I do not like it ...!!!???? Do not go to this store, unless you like the Horror Movies !!!!! This is just waste of your time... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
I was referred to the store after my cell phone stopped working by my cell provider, upon going into the store I had a horrible visit. I asked a lady for help and she kind of blew me off as if I wasn't in need of help. I finally grasped her attention and proceeded to tell her my problem and why I was there. She informed me that this store works from appointments only. I have never in my life heard of a retail store that is in a busy mall working off of appointments and she said there was no associate available to help. I asked to speak to a manager and he came out I informed him of the problem I was encountering and he basically said there was nothing that they could do to help. I asked him to have his supervisor call me and still that has not been done. I have had apple products for a long time and feel that when there is an issue that can only be taken care of in the store it should be completed when you go into the store. I think it is silly to have to come back another time when you have already made a trip there in the first place. I will have to start re-thinking my apple purchases in the future if this is how customer service is handled. Apple products are very expensive, and to have something stop working so soon should require prompted and courteous attention. I think this matter could have been handled much better especially since it was 2 hours before the store closed!!!!!
We dropped our phone off at 6:05 pm, we needed the screen replaced on my mother's IPhone 6s+. They quoted us a time of an hour and half and then told us to come back at 7:45pm. Upon returning at 7:45 they told us it wasn't ready and they would need about 10 to 15 more minuets before it would be ready. 20 minuets later I asked, still not ready. After a little while longer of this frustrating cycle we had to find a totally new person(after catching a glimpse of the women who was helping us leaving in her street cloths) and confronting her only then did she explain the situation to another employee to help us. After and extra 45 minuets we were finally done and had our phone back, not mention of a sorry or a word of compensation was spoken. After being treated with such poor customer service at this apple store, I am strongly considering having my whole family change from apple to android.
