So I went in to grab a couple subs for diner. Everything seemed fine until my bf got to the last few bites and realized his tomato was rotten and black. That is unacceptable considering you have to put each item on as you go. First and last time at this location
Doesn't live up to the Jimmy Johns motto at all. Seems they can never get me a sandwich in under 45 minutes, and I live less than 2 miles from the store
Seriously awful. First, we ordered an Unwich with the middle bread from a previous sandwich. A bit odd, but we've ordered this from at least ten other Jimmy John's. They told us they couldn't do that because they "throw that bread away and it goes in the trash." Seriously...you do throw it in the trash and therefore if I want you to put it in a sandwich just put it in there? Finally one employee said "fine I'll just do it" Satisfied with our four other orders we pick up our food. Unwich has no bread innards, no sandwich has the correct toppings, and two sandwiches are incorrectly labeled. Solid job Jimmy John's staff.
Definitely fast and fresh. Very good sandwiches with fresh bread. Nice variety.
My lunch was late and i called 45 mins before my delivery time. When i called to question the delivery and were it was at when it was 15 mins late the guy on phone said "You want to call and cancel just because its 15 mins late?" Then when it finally got her the driver basically just tossed it on the counter and walked away. Last time ever for me here.
